Appointment Policy
Solumina Beauty LLC requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
Solumina Beauty LLC requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Full service charges will apply even if the appointment is shortened due to late arrival.
- Rescheduling due to late arrival is at the discretion of Solumina Beauty LLC. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule but cannot guarantee availability.
No-Shows
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the missed service.
In-Store purchases
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Process: To return or exchange a product, please visit our store with the item and receipt. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Refunds on retail
- Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be provided.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Refunds on services
Solumina Beauty LLC does not offer refunds on services.
We do, however, offer a 3-Day Service Guarantee (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, opened cosmetics, and personal care items. Please check the product details or inquire with our staff for more information.
. Resolution: If it is determined that the issue is due to a defect in the application or execution of the service, we will provide a fix or adjustment to your lash set free of charge. This may include reapplication of individual lashes, correction of lash placement, or other necessary adjustments to ensure the integrity of the lash set.

3-Day Service Guarantee
At Solumina Beauty LLC, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality lash services.
To ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence in our work, we offer a 3-Day Service Guarantee for all our lash sets.
What is Covered:
Our 3-Day Service Guarantee covers any defects in the application or execution of your lash set that affect the durability, placement, or overall structural integrity of the lashes. This guarantee does not cover personal satisfaction preferences or natural lash shedding.
How It Works:
1. Notification: If you experience any issues with your lash set that you believe are due to a defect in the application, please notify us within three days of your appointment. You can contact the owner directly at Soluminabeauty@gmail.com
2. Assessment: Once notified, we will arrange a time for you to come in for an assessment of the lashes. Our professional team will examine the lashes to determine the cause of the issue.
3. Resolution: If it is determined that the issue is due to a defect in the application or execution of the service, we will provide a fix or adjustment to your lash set free of charge. This may include reapplication of individual lashes, correction of lash placement, or other necessary adjustments to ensure the integrity of the lash set.
Conditions:
- The 3-Day Service Guarantee is valid only for issues related to the application and execution of the lash set.
- Issues resulting from improper aftercare, such as exposure to water, oils, or makeup removers, are not covered.
- Natural lash shedding or personal satisfaction preferences are not covered under this guarantee.
- The guarantee is valid for three days from the date of your original appointment.
We strive to provide you with the best service possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your satisfaction and confidence in our lash services are our top priorities.
Allergies
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately or your doctor for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
Children
We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as our team will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.
